摘要
Abstract
The rapid development of scientific and technology and ever-changing economic society generate various incompliance between Standardization Law under the background of planned economy and the real situation, as a result of which the law fails to play the role of prediction and guidance. Considering the deficiencies of the Standardization Law, this paper gives the revision suggestions from three aspects of legal framework change, amending the existing ordinance and adding terms content, which mainly concludes suggestions on adding legislation principles, improving the standardization system, developing support system of standardization work and so on.关键词
