合同能源管理服务评价指标体系研究
Research on the Evaluation Indicator of Energy Performance Contracting Service

Abstract
In the 12th five-year plan, Chinese government clearly put forward to speed up the implementation of Energy Performance Contracting to promote the development of energy-saving services industry. As the principal part of the implementation of Energy Performance Contracting Project, energy service companies play a vital role in the field. Based on the existing service quality evaluation theory and combined with the relevant agencies industry demands for Energy Performance Contracting evaluation, the paper analyzes the service characteristics of Energy Performance Contracting, puts forward the evaluation index system in three dimensions of service ability, process and performance, and elaborates the intrinsic connection among the three dimensions, in order to regulate the energy service companies’ implementation and scientifically evaluate its service level. The establishment of the evaluation index system will be conducive to regulate and guide the energy services company to provide good Energy Performance Contracting services.关键词
