环境保护标准体系研究现状及策略构建

Abstract
With the rapid development of economy and the promotion of the national urbanization, environmental pollution problems become increasingly serious, greatly threatening to the ecological environment and human health. Environmental protection standards play an irreplaceable role in the construction of resource saving and environment friendly society as the technical evidence for the environmental protection law enforcement, environmental management, monitoring and protection, etc. Based on the current research and existing problems of the national environmental standards, the paper briefly introduces the research on standard policies and standard systems, and proposes the new strategy of environmental standards system and evaluation system of high efficiency and energy saving index, providing the theoretical guidance for completing the construction and promoting the internationalization of environmental protection standard system, in addition, to further provide technical support for the improvement of environmental quality, and promoting the upgrade of environmental protection industry.关键词
