Selecting between Specific and General Testing Standards in Food Testing
摘要
Abstract
To guarantee the testing result is accurate, scientific and unbiased, we need to be cautious when selecting between specific standards and general standards in food testing. This paper explores how to select appropriate standards in food testing based on an example of protein testing, and discusses the possible outcomes brought by inappropriate selection. This paper is of great significance for future standards selecting in food testing.关键词
