Research on the Operation Performance Evaluation System of Provincial Standardization Technological Organizations
摘要
Abstract
The provincial standardization technical organizations are the important forces in promoting local even national standardization work, but their function and benefit are still not satisfactory at present. Based on the analysis of the management mode and target evaluation of provincial standardization technical committees, the paper attempts to construct the performance evaluation system in order to solve the current problems, such as it is difficult to implement the incentive mechanism, the present qualitative evaluation’s elastic is too large, etc. It is of great significance to enhance the work of standardization technical committees and promote the justice and efficiency of standardization work.关键词
