In this paper, the present situation of the patent standardization at home and abroad as well as the problems of patent standardization in China are analyzed. Also, it briefly introduces Regulatory Measures on National Standards Involving Patent (Interim), based on which it proposes suggestions for the patent standardization of Chinese enterprises.关键词
