Advance in Spermatogonial Stem Cells
摘要
Abstract
Spermatogonial stem cells are oocytes of male mamals germ cells which not only can maintain the number of themselves but also can differentiate to spermatocyte. Spermatogonial stem cells are also closely related to the genetic background of the next male generation individuals. Therefore, the study of spermatogonial stem cells in the field of cell biology,medicine and transgene has broad application prospects. In this review,biological characteristics,isolation,purification,cultivation and transplantation of spermatogonial stem cells were discussed.关键词
