甘蔗稍青贮对不同性别云南黄牛产肉性能的影响
Effect of Sugarcane Tip Silage on the Performances of Different Sex Beef in Yunnan Yellow Cattle
摘要
Abstract
The purpose of this trial was to explore the effect of sugarcane tip silage on the performance of different sex beef in Yunnan Yellow cattle. 10 Yunnan Yellow cattle were selected and divided into two groups,of which the ages were 37.60±6.84 months for bull(n=5)and 39.80±6.00 months for cow(n=5),respectively.After 9-month finishing,the average daily gains, dressing percentages were 0.67 kg and 0.79 kg,63.20% and 61.70% for bull group and cow group,respectively.The counterparts of two groups were close without significant difference(P>0.05).The appearance qualities,beef colours and fat colours of beef reached grade A2-A3,4 and 2 based on the appearance evaluation,respectively.The similar growth patterns and better finishing effects were displayed at the same feeding condition with sugarcane tips silage and concentrate.关键词
