摘要
Abstract
In conventional design method of pressure vessel, most parameters, such as strength of material, sizes of parts, loads are all con-sidered as determined amounts, ignored random factor of parameters random changes caused by various changes of conditions. Due to the lack of understanding of the statistical law of these parameters, values tended to be too conservative .In Conventional design method of the pressure vessel and the components, the structure size is too large, resulting in unnecessary waste in material. Reliability design can be ap-plied to the design of pressure vessel. Reliability design is the assumption that the parameters are random variables, according to the experi-mental data and the work environment we can determine the probability characteristics, then according to the importance of pressure ves-sels regulations to determine reliability design method. With the rapid development of science and technology, the strength of pressure ves-sel and the cutting load testing level is also rising, extensive experimental results demonstrate that: awareness on each parameter stochastic enhanced, so the reliability design method of pressure vessel is the future development trend.关键词
