Dynamic Economic Dispatch of Wind Integrated Power System Considering Optimal Scheduling of Reserve Capacity

Abstract
The randomicity of wind power brings so many impacts on safe and economic operation of power system. This paper proposed a dynamic economic dispatch model considering the influence of ancillary service market. The model accounted for the optimal scheduling for reserve besides conventional constraints. The whole reserve demand was decomposed into automatic generation control (AGC) reserve and emergency reserve, whose regulation range and cost were added to the model. A sample average algorithm was used to transform the chance constraints into deterministic ones to avoid complex convolution operation based on Bootstrap test. The corresponding deterministic nonlinear programming was solved with the sequential quadratic programming (SQP) method. The solution was tested with random experiment, and the constraints were adjusted based on in turn. Correctness and effectiveness of the proposed techniques are illustrated in IEEE 30 and 118 systems with wind farms respectively.关键词
