温度及浓度对析晶污垢沉积特性影响的模拟研究
Simulation Study on Influent of Temperature and Concentration on Crystallization Fouling Deposition

Abstract
The crystallization fouling was numerically simulated in the heat exchanger tube to study the fouling deposition character on the different wall temperature and concentration. Based on the existing crystallization fouling model with the heat and mass transfer equation, these flow conditions was simulated with the way of self-programming. The results show that the deposition amount will be increased when the wall temperature and inlet concentration are increasing. It can be found that inlet concentration and wall temperature have effect on the fouling solubility. But when the temperature and concentration reach the condition of saturated solution, the changing of deposition amount will be very small within this limit. The variation of fouling deposition is not monotonic. When the data of solution concentration is close to the data area of solute solubility, the monotony of variation will change.关键词
