摘要

Abstract

In order to monitor the state of permanent magnet (PM) in PMSM, a design strategy of adaptive observer is proposed. The observer is built base on the theory of Popov’s hyper-stability theory. Then the influences of parameter variations on the PM flux linkage estimation are investigated and a novel design of feedback gains of the observer is proposed to achieve the accuracy. For the adaptation proportional-integral (PI) gains, the stability of the estimator over the whole operation region is proposed as design guidelines. It is shown that the proposed design of PI gains can enhance the stability of the observer. The method is tested on a 20kW motor, and the experimental results verify the effect of this method.
