摘要

Abstract

For the disadvantages in the open loop I/f control method of surface permanent magnet synchronous motor (SPMSM), such as the speed fragility, prone to lose synchronism and fixed current amplitude, an I/f control method with closed loop regulation of current vector was proposed. After analyzing SPMSM model in the current vector orientedγ-δ coordinates, instantaneous power based feedback regulations were added to the structure of basic open-loop I/f control method. The speed of current vector was corrected by instantaneous reactive power, which adds damping torque component in electric torque to improve the motor speed convergence performance. The amplitude of current vector was adjusted by instantaneous active power, which improves the stability of system, and also maintains the steady operation point on the maximum torque/current condition. The method could work properly without motor speed information, and was asymptotic stable on the maximum torque/current condition. Simulation and experimental results verify the feasibility of the proposed method during startup, steady state and load torque varying process.
