利用热网储能提高供热机组调频调峰能力的控制方法
A Control Method of Heat Supply Units for Improving Frequency Control and Peak Load Regulation Ability With Thermal Storage in Heat Supply Net

Abstract
Heat supply net contains a large number of tubes and heat exchangers in which contain large capacity energy storage. To enhance the frequency control and peak load regulation in grid, energy storage in heat supply net was utilized and a coordinated control method with heat supply feedforward part was proposed. Characteristic analysis and experimental data showed that unit power generation changes quickly by regulation of heat supply emergency cut-off valves. In the light of rapid regulating characteristic of heat supply net thermal storage, fast varying part of the unit load command was separated by rate limiting nonlinear decomposition method and added to emergency cut-off valve command as a feedforward signal. Including the heat supply feedforward part, a coordinated control method based on the existed boiler- following coordinated control scheme was purposed. The feedforward control won’t change the stability of system and is easy to engineering implementation. Simulation results show that, this control method reduce throttle pressure fluctuation effectively by usage of net thermal storage; so the units can accept 3%Pe/min load changing rate, which enhances frequency control and peak load regulation ability of heat supply units.关键词
