摘要

Abstract

To achieve buck-boost AC/DC conversion and high power factor as well, this paper proposes a single-stage three-phase isolated bidirectional AC/DC converter based on the modified space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) algorithm. The converter can achieve high power factor, buck-boost output voltage, high-frequency electrical isolation and bidirectional energy flow with single-stage structure. It is suitable as the grid-connected converter of 380V DC microgrid. Compared with the three-phase voltage-type PWM rectifier, the proposed converter has larger power density and lower cost, as it doesn’t need extra industrial frequency transformer or DC/DC buck converter. The converter’s derivation and operation principles are presented, and its SVPWM algorithm is proposed. The shoot-through problem of the converter is analyzed as well. A 3kW hardware based on the proposed converter was built in the lab with the digital controller TMS320F2812. And the experimental results verified the theoretical analysis well.
