Abstract
China state council adjusted the ministry’s functions last year,and MOA is responsible for the livestock and poultry slaughtering industry management,pig slaughter inspection system will also be further improved. This pa-per introduces the legal basis,management system,inspectors,contents,procedures as well as certiifcations in US livestock and poultry slaughter inspection,hoping to provide reference for slaughter inspection system construction in China.关键词
