摘要
Abstract
This paper cites the OIE definition of modified stamping-out policy and gives interpretation;through 3 normally used modiifed stamping out policy in American foot and mouth disease response,the principles of this policy based on the FMD status is analyzed and the criteria and factors should be considered in choosing and implementing;through 3 modiifed stamping out policy for three diseases in AUSTRALIAN:disease strategy,the features of disease pathogens influencing the choice and implementation of the policy is analyzed;through the practical application of modiifed stamping out policy in Vietnam Avian H5N1 control and other examples,the guarantee measures for detailed modiifcation in the policy is demonstrated;then the conclusion that modiifed stamping out policy is one of the optional strategy in animal disease control and eradication is drawn;thus some suggestions are put forward for our modiifed stamping out policy making and implementing.关键词
