Preparation and Identiifcation of Monoclonal Antibodies against Classical Swine Fever Virus C Strain
摘要
Abstract
Four monoclonal antibodies designated as 1C9,1B11,3C8 and 3G9 against classical swine fever virus C strain(CSFV C strain) were generated by immunization of BALB/C mice with puriifed CSFV C strain. The titers of ascetic fluids of the four McAbs were up to 104~106 in indirect ELISA. The McAbs were only positive against CSFV, and negative against Newcastle disease virus of pigeon,porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus,trans-missible gastroenteritis virus and egg drop syndrome virus. The preparation of the McAbs provided a basis to establish rapid diagnostic method of CSFV.关键词
