对山东某猪场一起仔猪腹泻的流行病学调查
A epidemic survey of porcine diarrhea in a pig farm
摘要
Abstract
A epidemic survey and laboratory detection were carried out for a pig farm which occurred diarrhea. The detection of virus was confirmed the epidemic agent was porcine epidemic diarrhea virus. Further information of survey showed that this outbreak of diarrhea took place during Nov 2013 and Mar 2014 in sequence of fattening pigs, sows and piglets. However, the morbidity and mortality of different pigs were closely related to the pieces and birth days. Fattening pigs and sows had no deaths although they had been infected, while the piglet less than 3 old days had 100 percent mortality. If the piglets grown up to one week and 12 days, the mortality would drop to 72.73% and 10%separately. The risk analysis indicated that vehicles directly went into pig farms,a closed contact with their keepers by selling pigs, unclosed transfer channel of feces and urine, circulating of feed workers were all high risk factors influencing the diarrhea outbreak, which could be reduced to control the disease.关键词
