一起水牛出血性败血症的暴发调查
Outbreak Investigation of Pasteurella multocida Infection in Buffalo in Sihui,Guangdong

Abstract
Dead buffalo cases were reported in two villages of Sihui city,Guangdong province on Aug 28,2013. In order to make clear the epidemic situation,find out the source of infection and control the disease spread,field in-vestigations were carried out. The investigation showed that the attack rate was 9.48%(11/116),the morbidity was 81.82%(9/11),and herd prevalence was 11.54%(6/52). The disease was diagnosed as hemorrhagic septicemia caused by Pasteurella multocida. By case-control study,it was found that the disease was associated with housing loca-tion(P<0.01) and dogs raised at the farm(P<0.01). The outbreak was characterized by housing cluster. Purchasing buffalo might introduce the disease to the villages;dog movement might spread the disease;and the meteorological factors induced the disease outbreak. Some suggestions were proposed such as quarantine,vaccination,biosafety dis-posal of feces.关键词
