Abstract
Based on the investigation and analysis,it was found that some problems existed in our legal system on entry-exit animal-plant quarantine such as lack of time efficiency,imperfect in responsibility setting and so on. Suggestions were made on the revision of our entry-exit quarantine law system,including changing of administrative and law-enforcement body,setting of save clauses,and improvement of responsibility setting in order to make our legal system on entry-exit quarantine more scientific,reasonable and perfect.关键词
