新疆某种猪场猪瘟净化试验
Trial Eradication of Classical Swine Fever in a Breeding Pig Farm in Xinjiang
摘要
Abstract
Objective] For effective control of classical swine fever, the eradication scheme was explored to provide a model for eradication of classical swine fever. [Method] Samples of tonsils and corresponding sera were collected from pigs two times with an interval of half year in one breeding pig farm,and were detected for CSF pathogen and antibody respectively by RT-PCR(FQ RT-PCR)and ELISA,and the pathogen positive pigs were eliminated. Meanwhile, an effective vaccination was carried out and the bio-safety measures and other disease prevention and control measures were improved. [Result] CSFV infection rate in the pig farm was dropped to 0%(0/40) from 13%(3/23),the survival rate of piglets increased from 60%to 95%. [Conclusion] CSF was successfully eradicated in the breeding pig farm and an effective CSF eradication model was established for breeding pig farms.关键词
