摘要
Abstract
Practice of three-stage supervision over frozen animal products in Xiangyang city was analyzed in this pa-per,involving the official veterinarians at abattoires,cold storage owners and the frozen animal product dealers,and some problems were found,such as lack of uniformity and traceability. Suggestions were put forward,such as to im-prove regulations and traceability system and unify the standards.关键词
