Abstract
30 calves diagnosed as N. vitulorum infection were divided into two groups,one for deworming with Iver-mectin and the other one with Levamisole. Faeces were collected 7,14 and 21 days after deworming and examined by the flotation process using saturated NaCl respectively to test the effects of the two drugs. Results showed that Iver-mectin and Levamisole had the same therapeutic effects on N.vitulorum. 21days after treatment,no ascarid eggs were detected and there was no significant difference between the two drugs(P>0.05)in the treatment of N. vitulorum.关键词
