乌鲁木齐市达坂城区人感染布鲁氏菌病危险因素调研
Investigation of Brucellosis Risk Factors in Daban District,Urumqi
摘要
Abstract
Objective]To study the brucellosis risk factors in human population in Daban district,Urumqi and to pro-vide scientific basis for prevention and control strategies for brucellosis.[Methods]A total of 238 sheep farm/ household (herdsman) were randomly sampled for a questionnaire survey and a general questionnaire survey was conducted among the staff of Daban animal husbandry and veterinary station. [Results]Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that not sterilizing in farms and barns(P=0.006),no grazing(P=0.002),lack of knowledge of the pre-vention and control of brucellosis(P=0.036) and picking lambs or slaughtering sheep without gloves(P<0.001) were risk factors for brucellosis. [Conclusion]The awareness of brucellosis should be strengthened and the misbehaviors should be corrected so as to prevent and control brucellosis spreading between human and livestock effectively.关键词
