宁夏羊规模养殖场户布鲁氏菌病基线调查
A Baseline Survey on Brucellosis in Sheep in Ningxia
摘要
Abstract
To understand the current status of brucellosis in livestock and human in Ningxia,epidemiological surveys of brucellosis and the related factors were conducted among sheep and related employees in farms with more than 200 sheep. A total of 75467 sheep were detected during 2008 to 2013,among which 674 sheep were brucellosis positive with a positive rate of 0.89%.The positive rate fluctuated from 0.71% in 2008 to 1.2% in 2013,showing a rising trend. From 2008 to 2013,the number of human infected with brucellosis was on increasing trend. Infections were found in people with all ages,and the most infected cases were found in 30-59 years-old group. The main causes of differences in age distribution of human infection were the opportunities of contact with infection source,the poor self-protection consciousness and insufficient protection measures.关键词
