Application of Genetic Barcode Technology in Recognition and Identiifcation of Fish Species
摘要
Abstract
Food safety is of vital importance to the national economy and people's livelihood. With more and more food adulterations,the identification of adulterated aquaculture products has aroused much attention. The present identification methods for aquaculture products were introduced in the paper,with selection of target genes used for aquaculture product identification in particular. The applications of DNA barcode technology both at home and abroad were reviewed,hoping the technology to be extended in practice.关键词
