Abstract
The village animal epidemic prevention team is the backbone of the grass-roots animal epidemic preven-tion work. Under the new animal disease prevention and control situation,Wushan county explored and practiced the accredited epidemic prevention mechanism for the village animal epidemic prevention staff and the new method of“linking the performance appraisal with the epidemic prevention accreditation remuneration”. Thereafter,the vil-lage animal epidemic prevention team was stable,but there were also several prominent problems such as low educa-tion level,old ages,and poor professional ability in the staff. In order to provide reference for the village level animal epidemic prevention team construction,the author summarizes the practical work in recent years,analyses the short-comings and put forward some countermeasures to solve the problems.关键词
