摘要
Abstract
The price imbalances of resource products would produce a crowding-out effect on the use of elements such as capital and labor, which will not only affect the quality of system and induce rent-seeking behavior, restrain the innovation of factor use, damage the innovation mechanism, take the risk of “the Dutch disease”; but also produce serious negative effects on the economic transformation and upgrading, lead to improper elements use, hinder structure optimization and promotion, and increase the risk of falling into “immiserizing growth”. On account of this, this paper introduces the correction means for price imbalances of resource products, these are:establishing differential pricing policy system according to the principle of protecting the basis, promoting fairness and sustainability;forming correction mechanism for price imbalances of resource products;improving the livelihood of the people's welfare;promoting the construction of ecological civilization system;and realizing the economic transformation and upgrading.关键词
