摘要
Abstract
The current toughest task that we face in promoting the classiifed reform of geological exploration units is the issues that what measures we must use to classify and ifx position. In view of the position, function and role conferred by law, at this stage we can not say transforming the geological exploration units into enterprise;and running as an enterpriser is becoming increasingly chanllenging for us because of many unsolved dififculties of geological work. On account of this, this paper proposes some measures for pushing classiifcation reform of geological prospecting units forward in an prudent fashion. These suggestions include:there must be a transition for enterprise;we must strive to being assigned to the ifrst class, and ensure to be the second class. If we are transformed into enterprise, we must try hard to win policy surpport;and if we are reformed in our own unit, we must lay the groundwork for the reform. Before classiifcation scheme is published, we must devote every effort to produce effect on the decision and introduction of classiifcation scheme. If the classiifcation scheme is introduced, we should compare it to us and ifnd problems. Best results that we must gain through reporting and communicate. In light of the particularity of geological exploration units and its existing problems, relevent policies that we must strive to get. As for the Ministry of Land and Resources, efforts must be made on their role of industrial management. These efforts include working out instructional planning, strengthening the work of research, focusing on progress in the reform of all provinces and related departments, actively promoting the development and introduction of industrial special policies so as to guide the deepening reform.关键词
