土地承包经营权流转效益评价及障碍度诊断--以山东省枣庄市为例
Analysis on Beneift Evaluation Concerning the Transfer of Land Contracted Management Right and Its Obstacle Degree-The Case of Zaozhuang in Shandong Province

Abstract
Through using efifcacy coefifcient model and the model of obstacle degree, this paper goes through a quantitative calculation of and analyzes the comprehensive beneifts relating the transfer of land contracted management right in the city of Zaozhuang which is located in the main grain-producing area of middle south of Shandong province between 2003 and 2012; and gives a diagnosis over barriers in this regard. The results showed that between 2003 and 2012, comprehensive benefit level regarding the transfer of land contracted management right in Zaozhuang was continuously improved. It means that the beneift level was raised from I to IV, and the variation trend of various beneift factors were relative balance, which was basically in line with the overall trend of comprehensive beneifts change. The increase of agricultural machinery workforce was the reason for inlfuencing the decline in social and economic beneifts. Social security level and the number of old-age insurance program constituted important aspects of promoting policy guarantee and beneifts increasing. The social and economical beneifts had become the most important obstacle inlfuencing comprehensive beneifts regarding the transfer of land contracted management right in Zaozhuang.关键词
