Abstract
The main problems that China faces in coal-bed methane development and utilization at present include the following:support policies to implement are not in place;it has become more dififcult in extracting coal bed gas;mining right system relating coal and coal-bed gas is imperfect;and the utilization of coal-bed gas is restricted. On account of this, this paper proposes some measures required for improving the process of coal-bed methane development and utilization, as well as industrial development. These measures lay emphasis on the following:straightening out the main body for coal gas resources development;increasing the support of economic policy;strengthening the theory study and infrastructure assurance;and developing laws and standard system construction.关键词
