矿产资源产权分配制度分析
Analysis of Distribution System of the Property Right of Mineral Resources
摘要
Abstract
The state ownership of mineral resources is characterized by the subject of right and the nature of right. There are two channels for private person to realize the utilization of mineral resources. One is through selling; the other is to be obtained by trading in the market of the right to use mineral resources. This paper points out that reasonably building the legal system of China’s quasi-right, and preventing administrative power trending toward property right is a choice that we must be made if we are to achieve the effective joint of the state ownership of mineral resources and the right to use mineral re-sources.关键词
