北京市中心城区功能疏解与国土空间利用战略--国际大都市的经验启示
Discussion on the Functional Dispersal and the Utilization Strategy of Land Spaces in Central Area of Beijing-The Experience of the International Metropolis
摘要
Abstract
This paper mainly introduces the experience of the international metropolis with regard to urban functional dispersal such as Tokyo, Seoul, New York. These experiences are: using incentive mechanism to guide manufacturing and retailing move to the suburbs; promoting the construction of satellite towns with pertinent policy; building efifcient and fast transportation network to expand the scope of the population distribution and professional commuter; shifting resource allocation such as educational resources and public facilities towards the suburbs. On this basis, this paper gives some tactics for the functional dispersal and land space utilization in Central Area of Beijing. These include:controlling land source to promote industrial adjustment and guide the population lfow; scientiifcally planning the land space and optimizing function with a view to promote the construction of satellite towns; improving the trafifc layout to strengthen the effective connection between urban and rural areas; attaching great importance to ecological planning to build up livable city.关键词
