中原经济区土地经济密度区域差异及影响机理
The Regional Difference and its Inlfuence Mechanism of Land Economical Density in Central Plains Economic Zone
摘要
Abstract
It is of great significance to evaluate regional land economical density and explore the inner influence mechanism for guiding sustainable urban development. This paper analyses the land economic density from 2002 to 2012 in 30 cities of Central Plains Economic Zone. By using the method of spatial analysis and panel data model, it also discusses the regional differences and the effect mechanism pertaining to land economic density. The results shows that the land economical density in Central Plains Economic Zone is growing comprehensively, while in some cities it’s declining recently; the difference of land economical density in different cities is narrowing and the difference from core city areas contributes the most part of it; there’s no signiifcant spatial agglomeration of land economical density as a whole, the density in different cities displays in a random way; the population, economical level, urbanization level and industrial structure are the main constituents that have a signiifcant impact on land economical density and show the positive correlation.关键词
