基于农户视角的河南省农地流转影响因素分析
Analysis on Effect Factors of Agricultural Land Transfer in Henan Province Based on the Farmers Perspective
摘要
Abstract
Through sampling the situation of 18 cities’ rural land transfer in Henan province, this paper gives an analysis on the reasons behind the farmers' participation in farmland transfer. The results show that the percentage of farmers who participate in rural land transfer in each region of Henan province is low with signiifcant regional differences. This means that in the west of Henan province, there are the most farmers who participate in land transfer. In the middle of Henan province, the largest areas in which land transfer is carried out is central sub-region of Henan Province; while the area is equivalent in east, south and north Henan province. This paper points out that the economy and labors are the major factors for the land transfer. That is, land transfer willingness of farmers will be strengthened if both the transfer beneifts and land scale operation efifciency are high. If the labor is sufifcient, the farmers will have a strong willingness to farmland inlfow; and if workforce is shortages, they will have a strong willingness to farmland outlfow. In addition, farmers’ educational level and the cognition of land ownership are also the marked inlfuence factors.关键词
