Abstract
As a means of keeping the economy growing and guaranteeing the livelihood of the people under the conditions of globalization, nationalism over resources that is represented by Mexico has brought multiple risks to our country. These risks include material shortage, increase of costs, and the lawful economic interest of outbound mining companies is not being protected. In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of China’s exploration enterprises in the face of nationalism over resources, this paper argues that at the national level, the government should increase the number of business departments and assistance projects, enhance the national image, and participate in the relevant rule-making. From the enterprise level, they should do some detailed consultation, increase ifnancial ways, regard themselves as international civil with strict demands, fulifll corporate social responsibility, submit arbitration of WTO, and involve in the signing of relevant agreements.关键词
