摘要
Abstract
Induced by typhoon“Fitow”, Jiaxing City experienced a large-scale, heavy rainfal during October 6 to 8, 2013, causing surge of water levels in rivers, breaking historical records in some locations, and resulting in a severe flood. Using measured data and survey results of the flood disaster, the causes of the flood and its characteristics were analyzed, and the important roles of the water resources projects in the area were studies. Compared with“1999.6.30”flood event, the related suggestions were proposed, including drainage capacity improvement, flood prevention enhancement, and off-area storm water management. This study provides a valuable reference for flood disaster prevention and management in Jiaxing City.关键词
