摘要
Abstract
To classify flood emergency supplies is a fundamental part of scientific management and storages in Yel ow-River watershed. Taking into account of importance and operation costs of flood control supplies, an index system of flood emergency supplies which classified by the method of grey clustering is developed focusing on characteristics and requirements of flood control supplies. The corresponding management strategies have been proposed which provided scientific methods to manage flood emergency materials in Yel ow-River watershed .关键词
