摘要
Abstract
To meet the new requirement of Manila Amendment to STCW Convention and coordinate with domestic regulations, Ministry of Transportation of China revised the Seafarer’s Training Management Regulation in 2013. This paper introduces the background and necessity of the revision of the Regulation, describes the principle and idea , specifies the methodology and main contents of the revision to provide to relevant personnel for their better understanding.关键词
