Abstract
Based on research of the laws and regulations on the transfer of suspected criminal cases and in view of experience from practice, the paper analyzes the evidence the maritime safety administration (MSA) should deliver to the public security department in the transfer of suspected criminal cases. It also puts forward the responsibilities of MSA in evidence collection and the scope of evidence in the process of transferring the suspected criminal cases.关键词
