Accidental ship seaworthiness judgment in inland waters
摘要
Abstract
The paper briefly analyzes the causes for ships to sail without authorization after involved in accidents in inland rivers. It attempts to define the procedures and responsibilities for the judgment of the seaworthiness of such ships from the aspects of enhancing safety awareness of the seafarers, optimizing the procedures of reporting the accident or danger to the superior, developing procedures and provisions for the judgment of the seaworthiness of such ships and improving the system for the repair of ships for inland-river navigation, aiming at promptly eliminating safety risks and preventing the reoccurrence of accidents.关键词
