Abstract
Based on analysis of the status quo and the existing problems of ship endorsement, the paper suggests that maritime administration be enhanced through ensuring ship navigation safety with in-process and afterwards control and obtaining and analyzing ship movement with the database after the abolishment of ship endorsement.关键词
