摘要
Abstract
With the continuous increase of pressure on MSA in safety control, the requirements for MSA equipment has also become higher. As the basic links supporting the maritime safety administration, the equipment for maritime law-enforcement plays a more and more important role. In the face of the various kinds of law-enforcement equipment with different functions, the maritime administration should improve its managerial effectiveness and enhance the usage efficiency of equipments in order to reduce managerial costs and support the various affairs of maritime administration.关键词
