Abstract
The paper analyzes the problems with the qualification of the crew onboard and the shipyard personnel undertaking the responsibilities of ship safety and emergency response in ship’s trial navigation at sea. It suggests that such personnel should participate in training and examination and obtain relevant qualification certificate.关键词
