Abstract
The paper focuses on the approaches for the Yangtze River shipping to grasping opportunities and realizing scientific and safe development after the incorporation of the Yangtze River economic zone into the national development strategy. As the largest team for maritime administrative law enforcement along the Yangtze River mainstream, Changjiang MSA, in the development of the Yangtze River toward a Golden Waterway, should stick to the development direction, face the future, conclude experience and grasp the law. With both innovation and heritage, it should enhance its capabilities in both control and service and play an active and effective role in the safe development of the Yangtze River toward a Golden Waterway.关键词
