肺黏液表皮样癌的CT诊断研究OACSTPCD
CT diagnosis and differential diagnosis of mucoepidermoid carcinoma of the lung
目的：通过分析肺黏液表皮样癌的CT表现特点,提高该病的诊断正确率。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的15例肺黏液表皮样癌的CT表现,并结合文献探讨其CT表现特点。结果肿瘤位于右侧支气管8例,左侧支气管6例,左肺叶周边1例。7例肿块内见钙化灶。平扫肿块密度欠均匀,增强扫描强化程度不一,与肿瘤成分有关。10例伴有阻塞性肺炎、肺不张。3例伴有纵隔淋巴结转移。结论肺黏液表皮样癌多沿支气管长轴生长,其内多有钙化,增强扫描呈持续性强化,多伴有阻塞性改变,CT检查…查看全部>>
Objective To improve the diagnostic accuracy by analyzing the computed tomography ( CT) characteristic performance of mucoepidermoid carcinoma of the lung.
