关节轴承球面尺寸检测仪的误差修正方法
Error Correction Method for a Detecting Instrument of Joint Bearings'Spherical Sizes
摘要
Abstract
A method of online identification and correction was brought up to direct at instru-ment's characteristics of dedicated to measure different sizes'series workpieces.It could identify and correct instrument systematic errors accurately by online measuring series workpieces and analysising measurement results.This method has advantages of no need of standard components,low-cost and significantly improving the measurement accuracy.Experimental results show that the deviations be-tween the instrument and precision instrument are in 10 μm or less,and the maximum measurement error has been corrected from 0.1 10 mm to 0.004 mm,by this method the measurement precision of this instrument is improved significantly to meet the accuracy requirements of enterprises.关键词
