螺旋铣孔主轴单元的精度分配
Tolerance Allocation of a Helical Milling Spindle Unit
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the w hole accuracy of the spindle unit ,tolerance allocation for indi-vidual key components of the spindle unit was carried out in the early design stage .The main influence factors on the final tolerance of the holes were presented through sensitivity analysis .Tolerance alloca-tion model was established ,using the improved statistical tolerance analysis method and GA ,the weight coefficient and accuracy storage coefficient were thought out in statistical model .Improved sta-tistical method and GA were all used to allocate the tolerance of the components in the spindle unit de-sign stage with the consideration of the orientation and position errors of the tool tip .关键词
