摘要

Abstract

According to the problem that the processing of spiral bevel gears addendum chamfering in the practice production mainly relied on workers to complete with grinding wheel ,a rotational inde-xing-chamfering machining method was proposed .First the theory of rotational indexing-chamfering was given .Then guided by the rotational indexing-chamfering machining principles ,the generation rule of theory and actual center trajectory of grinding wheel was designed ,and the calculation method was given .On the basis of that ,an approximation model of the error between theory and actual center traj-ectory of grinding wheel was established ,the effects of each parameter on approximation error rule were analyzed ,then optimization of center trajectory of grinding wheel was obtained .The feasibility of the machining method was proven by a specific calculation example .
